Memberships
Memberships represent the relationship between an organisation and their customers, outlets, and cashiers. This allows merchants to manage user identities, reward balances, payment access, and transaction tracking under a unified membership system.
Memberships are typically issued and managed by merchants. Each membership is identified by a unique membership number and is linked to corresponding wallets and user roles.

Merchant
The business owner who issues memberships and manages the wallet program.
Member / Customer
The end user who holds a membership and can make Closed Wallet payments.
Outlet
A merchant location where payments can be accepted (e.g., store branch).
Cashier
A staff role linked to an outlet, responsible for handling payments at point-of-sale.
Membership Number
Unique identifier required to retrieve a user’s membership details or wallets.
Membership Wallet
A wallet associated to a membership for payment, rewards, and transaction history.
