Merchants are the businesses connected to the SecurePay payment gateway. Each merchant is assigned a dedicated account environment where they can manage outlets, cashiers, payment interfaces, and their customers’ wallets or memberships.

This page provides a high-level understanding of how merchants operate with SecurePay and what features are available to support their business operations.

Key Capabilities for Merchants

Merchants can:

  • Accept payments using multiple payment channels (e.g., FPX, DuitNow, Closed Wallet, etc.)

  • Create, manage, and monitor:

    • Payment Interfaces (unique integration profiles per system/app)

    • Payment Records (monitor payments in real-time)

  • Enable Closed Wallet (Loyalty Wallet) to allow customers to pay using stored balance

  • Track:

    • Sales performance

    • Settlement reports

    • Transaction histories

  • Manage customers’ memberships and accounts

  • Configure branding options like merchant display name and logo
